Contempt

Is your ex not holding up their end of the responsibilities? Are they doing what they are supposed to be doing?

Common reasons for contempt include but are not limited to:

• In "arrears" or behind on child support
• Constantly late in making supportpayments
• Not showing up for, or cancelling, their parenting time
• Constantly being late for parenting time
• Not being as active or involved as they are supposed to be
• Moving without giving 90 day notice of the relocation
• Not providing contact information of daycare providers, babysitters, medical providers, and anyone else caring for or watching the child(ren).
