History

Eddie grew up in a blue collar family where almost all the men worked in construction. Eddie’s parents divorced when he was five years old. His mother worked every job imaginable. She worked in warehouses and as office staff. His family was full of hard workers and taught Eddie and his siblings the value of taking pride in a job well done.

As Eddie grew older, he decided that he wanted to become a lawyer to help others. He wanted to try and protect people from some of what life throws at us. So Eddie ventured to law school with the dream of helping others. Upon graduation, Eddie went to work for Indiana Legal services for about two years focusing on civil litigation.

When he heard that his Grandfather was diagnosed with advanced leukemia, Eddie dropped everything to move in and be his sole caretaker. While he was taking care of his Grandfather, Eddie decided he wanted to chase a new dream and break out with his own practice.

Since Eddie grew up in a blue collar family, he fully understands that not everyone has the flexibility to take time off work to meet with an attorney. Which is why Woolard Legal values your time and is a more mobile and flexible law practice. Eddie will strive to work around your busy schedule and be as accessible as possible to meet when it’s convenient for you.
